Never received my hurricane shutter paperwork, even though the company said I signed for them. I thought I could be nice since they workers building the home next to me stole my water, broke my lock, received a $50.00 water bill even though I was not here, damaged our brand new patio enclosure with stucco, got concrete in our grass between the houses.

And now if I want instructions for how to install our hurricane shutters I need to pay $50.00. Made several calls to the corporate number and spoke with Anna and still after days no one has called me. So I contacted the BBB and made a call into channel 6 news just waiting to hear back.

Now did I have to do this, No I shouldn't have because one phone call to me and hurricane shutter instructions would have worked for me. Can't wait till the new owners next to me do a walk through hope I am home, Eileen, you have my number would like a call.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
